The mousse is wonderful on my u tilt curly hair, I don’t really like the smell but it sorta fades after applying and I use it with the Kpak treatment which smells great 🙂 I will continue to buy and use this product.
I really love the product, but the packaging is the cause of all my displeasure. When I bought the very first can I was so excited about the product, but in just a short time the spray spout on the can broke off. I was able to use most of the product but with trouble. So thinking it must have been that can I bought another and again the exact same thing happened. What a disappointment, I asked my hair dresser ( who had recommended it) if this was a problem with her…the answer was yes and she has since discontinued using it! I would really like a refund of the 2 cans I bought, but know that won’t happen. My advice, the product is great but the can is a huge problem..don’t waste your money
Unfortunately this company changed #7 to an awful smelling product. I actually thought it was part of a new Mens line of product. So disappointing after several decades of a great product. A product that changed for rhe worse . Huge disappointment 😞
I was just about to buy a can of the new formula 🙁 Sounds like another fail. SOOOO sad. I have been using Joico for over 30 years and have enjoyed the original products. I recently bought the new K-Pak moisturizer and shampoo and the formulas for color treated hair however the these new formulas also were terrible. So unlike the original, they also had a pungent strong smell that I am adverse to and the formula did not hydrate my hair the same as the old one. I am so disappointed. Joico was the staple in my house. SAD SAd Sad …. Please rethink your changes. You have lost a lifetime customer and I will no longer recommend these products
Have been using the original Joiwhip #7 mousse for years and loved it!!! The new formulation breaks down in your hand, has a much stronger scent, feels hard on my hair!!!! I DO NOT LIKE IT!!!!! Please start selling the original formula…..it was a much better product for curly hair.
