To the CEO and all management/decision makers at Joico…after reading all the reviews begging you to bring back the Joico Ice Mist/Firm Mist (non aerosol), I am hoping you will respond to us with some sort of information? Why was this product discontinued? Do you have any plans of bringing it back? Do you have any plans of an alternative firm hold non aerosol hairspray? You have customers that have been with your for decades and feel like they have been left hanging with no alternatives and no response from the company.
