This was a great product that I was given the opportunity to test out for free. It’s very lightweight and doesn’t leave behind any greasy or sticky residue at all. It added a nice shine to my hair and made the ends look especially smooth – I have dark brown hair that I’ve been slowly destroying with blonde balayage for the past three years and this really made a difference to how healthy my hair looks! Highly recommend!
First I want to disclose that I received this product free to try for reviewing from chickadvisor. During our road trip to Pennsylvania I used this product a couple of times and while it worked well for my split ends it didn’t help control frizz for the bulk of my hair and didn’t meet my own needs. But I think it would work better on thinner hair
Personally I prefer my thermal protection in a spray bottle form. It’s simple keeps my hands clean and lightweight. This protective shield however does feel lightweight in my hair.
I do enjoy the fact that this product includes protection against thermal styling AS WELL as UV damage. Not many products (or that I can find) has protection against the sun’s harmful rays.
Other than the protection it gives to my hair I don’t feel any difference in feel or look.
