I use a flat iron 2-3 times a week and this product is great providing some protection from the direct heat contact of the plates. It’s easy to apply and the scent isn’t overwhelming and doesn’t linger too long. The product is very lightweight and doesn’t weigh my hair down.
In the Joico protective lineup… this shield is definitely the all star. I’m always on the hunt for food heat protection for my hair. This one is fantastic.
