I am so obsessed with this mask it makes my hair feel so hydrated without feeling super heavy or like I have left over oil or cream left in my hair like other products in the past
The Joico Hydra splash Hydrating gelee masque is absolutely wonderful! My hair is super dry after lots of styling and after only one application my hair is very soft!
The texture is very slicky and it was almost impossible to apply and left it on the wet hair so I pat dry it and it was much easier to apply.
I definitely recommend this product.

This product contains dimethicone which will obviously soften your hair and provide some shine but it doesn’t to nourish your hair as it is only sitting on the surface like a coat. I would say dimethicone is ‘bad’ for your hair as it can attract dirt and make your hair feel heavier. It is also easily washable.
I would stick with Joico Hydrasplash Conditioner as it doesn’t contain dimethicone and it made my hair feel softer nourished and lighter. The gelee masque is not a necessity (I would personally avoid it) as their conditioner is effective enough and better for your hair!
Such a good mask! This is the mask i’ve always dreamed of! I leave this on my hair for a couple of minutes and it instantly soothes my dry scalp and because it’s a gel it doesn’t weigh down my hair at alL! Love!!
Cool ingredients and texture definitely pretty packaging but not super moisturizing as expected.
