I wanted to start by saying I received this product free from Chick Advisor to sample and review.
I didn’t expect to like this shampoo as much as I did. I typically go rotate a couple of different shampoos from Sephora but I felt a difference in my hair after the first use. My hair is currently highlighted blonde (previously red) and has been extra dry after having my baby a few months ago. This especially made the ends feel soft which haven’t felt like that in a while. The smell was also great and refreshing.
I highly recommend this product for dyed or dry hair.
The Joico Hydra Splash shampoo comes in an easy dispense bottle. The shampoo feels almost silky to the touch but it lathers up really nicely. It took only one shampoo to deep clean my long thick hair which is really appreciated.
The shampoo rinsed out easily and didn’t leave my hair feeling dry at all. It leaves behind a mild clean fresh scent which isn’t overpowering at all. I actually think this would be appropriate for those that might be irritated by more heavily scented shampoos. I really like the way this left my hair feeling after it was rinsed out.
