Annie Hu

With a sudden burst of might and determination, young Annie began fearlessly ascending her way through the ranks of Joico after her 2005 graduation. Gathering strong mentors throughout her climb, this strategic Marketing Director now leads an animated team of trusted superhumans, with whom she jumps into the minds of consumers, thanks to her well-honed eagle-eye and uncanny ability to read thoughts at a moment’s notice. BOOM!

Valerie Robinett

Boldly dreaming up a dynamic digital universe at Joico, our Senior Director of Digital Marketing and Communications VALiantly brings her keenly developed people skills to the table; ideating masterful strategies with her team, until creativity literally flashes from the room. With her finger on the pulse of trends and pop culture, Val takes brave leaps toward new ideas…fosters strong relationships…accepts any challenge (risks be damned!)…and flies to the stars to help Joico shine around the world.

Pauline Kintanar

Just when the world thought our Graphic Designer, Pauline, was headed for a degree in engineering, and BAM!…this first-generation FilipinX-American pivoted on a dime, diving headfirst into art and design, where she’s made a SPLASH! at Joico without a glance in the rearview mirror. Finding comfort in her individuality – and the brilliant splendor of work – Pauline’s crusade for joi-ful aesthetics is truth, not fiction.

Joly Neelankavil

The scene: India,1970’s. And the parents of Senior Designer Manager, Joly, are winging their way to the United States, where they are about to create an artistic force of nature. Their visionary superwoman — with an eye for the tiniest detail — would ultimately shape-shift her career into a joi-filled journey under the sunny skies of Los Angeles.

Emma Sheahan

Animatedly swooping into salon classes, distributor meetings, hair shows, and photo shoots in her debut role as a Joico Educator, Emma began cultivating her razor-sharp product instincts from “hundreds of really talented artists all over the world.” Today, as Senior Development Manager/New Product Development, she’s the ultimate hair protagonist, overseeing testing protocols, working with the wizards of science and the magicians of marketing to make her innovative brand of magic go global.

This fearless leader, whose story begins in Montreal, is a true hair-crime fighter – a corporate heroine-turned-General Manager, now overseeing a buzzing metropolis of joi-seekers in their mission to reach for the stars. As Melisa deftly ascended the stepping stones of Joico for nearly two decades, she gathered the power of compassion along the way … a quality that has made this crusader of joi a deeply-revered Captain.
